Seated among the expansive rows, facing a long italian-style table, with some local dishes.
The priceless atmosphere of being immersed in nature, with live music and a specially designed setup to surprise you, will be your memory of this convivial event.
You will taste a typical Tuscan menu (with a a vegan alternative), accompanied by Palagina wine: the property also hosts a farm where local wines, oil, honey and other local products are produced, which you can purchase at the end of the dinner.
The menu includes:
- Mixed Bruschetta (tomato and “fettunta”) and Finocchiona
- Panzanella and pappa al pomodoro
- Tuscan porchetta and baked potatoes
- Cantucci and Vinsanto
- natural and sparkling mineral water, two glasses of Palagina wine (Chianti, white or rosè) per person
