You'll savor a typical Tuscan menu (with vegan options), accompanied by Palagina wine: the property also hosts a farm producing local wines, olive oil, honey, and other local products, which you can purchase after dinner.

The menu includes:
• Mixed bruschetta (tomato and fettunta) and Finocchiona / mixed salad (vegetarian)
• Panzanella and Pappa al pomodoro
• Tuscan porchetta and baked potatoes / jar-cooked vegetables and baked potatoes (vegetarian)
• Cantucci and Vinsanto
• Still and sparkling mineral water, two glasses of Palagina wine (Chianti, white, or rosé) per person
